@Riot: Sources of inspirations for 2016 Lunar Revel skins?

I know Radiant Wukong is directly related to the actual tale The Journey to the West, where Sun Wukong is the super smart yet powerful hero of the tale. The Lunar Wraiths are supposedly "eastern sirens" or "female monsters" that represent evil in Chinese folklore, and The Journey to the West is just one of those.

Speaking of the Lunar Wraiths, would anyone like to give an insight of how and why Morgana and Caitlyn are such candidates for receiving the Lunar Wraith skins? Not saying that they are bad or anything (in fact they're pretty cool), but a little story of how you guys came up with the "Wolf" and the "Serpent" would be awesome.
