Please let players have the chance on getting old victorious skins

I've been crying at the fact I can't get the Victorious Janna Skin just cause I joined after it was rewarded to players

I've been doing some research and people have discussed this 3 years ago and I'd like to resurface it. I rarely see old Victorious Skins like Janna and assume most players with the skins don't play anymore?

Please give players who want to earn these skins through level 7 Tokens - Gold + Ranks at the end of the season again T.T [slayer-jinx-catface]
