Blood Lord Vlad could use a visual update

It costs 1820 RP. Blood Lord Vlad doesn't even have a unique recall. Yes, the Q animation is nice, but it's not worth that much money. Either make it an epic skin or update it, please.

I can check in game in a few moments, but she doesn't have any new VFX or even a unique VO, as one of the first 1820 RP skins in the game. I think back then a new Tibbers model justified that price tag and they just never dialed it down.
