In what world is this viable? ARAM? Nexus Blitz? When you're a Plat+ player in a Bronze 3 game? AP Shyvana is a hundred times more viable than AD Thresh.
AP champions would have to be consistently good to get those skins. Riot can't have that
Hmmm, the lack of a mage is notable. Mages have gotten the Challenger/Conquer skins though.
I don't like championship skins, I like AP champions. So It is win for me.
