Champion's lives outside of rift and the other's

So in my belief, I feel as though it would be cool if it turns out that (at least the heroic/good) the champions not only fight each other for pastime fun but are also somewhat protectors of runeterra. they go to league, and when they're not battling they get sent out on missions to stop any sort of evil that threatens runeterra. I mean, after all, I feel like it would be a waste of their powers and abilities to just use them everyday to kill some random other champion that they probably have never seen before, just to see them be revived and possibly traumatized. surely they'd team up from time to time to defeat a new enemy.( besides each other....) wouldn't that be great?

Hello, i have to tell you something that is old news but it seems that you missed it:

The "League of Legends" is not canon anymore and the champions are not fighting each other in the rift, the "Game" as we know is not canon as well. Some of them have never meet other champions because they are legends or normal people.

... So, yeah, some of them go to missions to kill evil creatures and things like that and some of them are the evil creatures that they are fighting (for example Lux fought against Nocturne in the new lore). And some champions just live their normal lives without fighting at all.

Some of them have even fought together against evil creatures and other champions... but not in a game controled by Summoners (because "The Summoners" as well, are not canon). For example Lucian, Olaf, Rafen and Miss Fortune fought agaisnt Hecarim, random undead monters and Thresh in the past.

The League (so, the game) is not canon when it comes to lore. Most champions actually never met each other in their story, not to mention teaming up with each other to fight threats.

Most of them just have their own lives going on in the lore, some are more impactful for Runeterra, some are less.

I just hope in the future Morgana keeps her bakeries. :(
