Swain vs Vlad. Which is better and are they right for me?

Ok so swain recently got a rework, and his kit is pretty similar to vladimir’s. I have an opportunity to buy one of them, and I am wondering which one I should buy. Which champion is better overall? Damage wise? Lane Phase? Teamfights?

Also, I enjoy playing champions like Zed, Velkoz, Twisted Fate, Lucian, and Zoe. Vel’koz is my most played champion but I hate him now. Maybe this will help you guys decide which champion would fit me?Also, please don’t say “Choose whichever one you enjoy more/think is better.”

I'd recommend Swain if you like bursting people and Vlad if you like being unkillable.

This is the wrong board anyway, though. Post this in Gameplay, not Story, Art, and Sound.

Vlad is quite possibly the best teamfight champ in the game because of his ulti. You can solo carry with Vlad, pretty hard with swain. Depends on what you want. You want to have fun? Play Swain. You want to climb? Play Vlad. The reason I say this is because whenever I play Vlad I go completely ham, but he's really boring to play imo, so yeah. Also, i'm pretty sure new Swain sucks.

Vladimir is just an outdated Swain right now visual-wise, if you want gameplay advice then the correct forum is the Gameplay board
