Map Skins

I'm pretty sure this has to be a thing that has been proposed a thousand times already, but nevertheless I'm going to propose it once more: I think it would be a grat feature (and a great way for riot to make sweet sweet money, better than those prestige cashgrabs) to have map "skins", as in the butcher bridge version of aram. My suggestion is to have either free or for some amount of rp (10/15$ worth maybe?) access to revisited version of a map: in the pre game lobby a player would be able to equip just for his game a map skin and he would be the only one to see it in game. Examples for these skins would be Butcher Bridge for ARAM, Snowdown and Harrowing for Summoner's Rift, and maybe some new concepts (a ghastly Twisted Treeline-ish Summoner's Rift? A Bilgewater themed Summoner's Rift with a giant sea monster in the dragon's lair? A Ionia themed one with cherry trees and other japan inspired stuff instead of the usual trees?)
