Is league becoming more "anime"?

In most of the league cinematics, you can see league is like a war game. But, recent new champions and skin theme does not fit the game totally.

Male champ always having an emo haircut, chicken legs, topless body, showing their muscular body like a mama boy who is overprotected is going to fight, it doesn't looks scary at all. Female champ always shows their big tits, wear thigh leggings, armourless, thicc ass, anime eyes and wearing mini short skirt. I mean who tf wear short skirt to fight.

Just look at Dota2 heroes and compare to league champs Plus every new champ concept art is so cool and attractive, but when it comes to release... Just like pyke mask
