Voice Acting and Character Design

Hey Guys,

I just had a quick question and was wondering if anybody could answer it! I just watched the Illaoi Video in the Kayn and the Showerhunter post (really good stuff Riot, for real!). As I was watching it, it dawned on me... where the heck did they find this amazing lady and her talent. Then i realized something else... where did they find all the talent for all the characters!!! It may be just me who really appreciates all the love and life they put into these characters, but i want to know how Riot finds all this talent and the process of doing just the voices!

PS... there may be a thread allllll about this.... i didn't look very hard haha

PSS... if you couldn't tell, i wanna become a voice actor myself lol <------------- suttle right? ;D
