About the future of skins.

I think it would be great if every champion in the game could receive one legendary tier skin. Obviously this would take a very, very long time if it were to happen but it would still be pretty cool in my opinion.

Would it be possible to have skins that change the character model? As time passes skins have become much better and I think having skins the change a champions model would be an amazing next step. Not anything drastic where you can't tell who that champion is anymore but I would love a cute young adult skin or a young skin if they were possible.
