I've played a bit of Ornn, and never once thought that comment meant he pissed for it...
I always thought it related to digging the River, not filling it with water.
I've always wondered how - if it was simply clawing or biting it out, why wouldn't I want to know. Perhaps he enslaved loads of people to do it? Honestly no idea. I never once considered "making a river" to be supplying the water though.
