The stuff about the Swimming City and the jaul fish really catch my eye.

R'lyeh was an inspiration, but I would posit that it's called the "Swimming City" because it doesn't stay in one place, unlike other sunken/lost cities. It's important to remember that Pyke's death and resurrection warbled his mind significantly. To be clear: it's not that what he's saying isn't true, it's simply distorted through madness. There IS a Swimming City, it just might not be what most people would consider it to be. Trying to stay a touch cryptic here, but some enterprising players on on track to figure out what Pyke means.

“The mist/mordekaiser cannot control Pyke. He is a different sort of undeath. His powers are probably tied to the spirit world in some way. They are boons of the swimming city.

FauxSchizzle on if the swimming city is the city from Fizz’s lore, if he was revived with Jaull magic, if Pyke would leave Bilgewater, how Pyke’s W works in the lore and what is Pyke’s heritage:
“1) The Swimming City is NOT Fizz's underwater city. 2) Yes 3) Absolutely, once he's carved up enough of BW. 4) Pyke is part ocean now, he can magically turn into sea-mist and swim between the air. When he's in this state, he sees the real world as "underwater". 5) Pyke's mother is from the Blue Flame Isles. His father is from somewhere else, probably Freljord or one of the outer Noxian territories.”

I'd imagine some of Nagakabouros' magic or Lucian's light, and other forms of magic and wounding would stop or kill Pyke. It should be noted, when Pyke is killed, seawater restores him (again, in another story sketch from way early in production. his masters bring him back).

“They're not average fish. Jaull are highly intelligent, social, and magic-wielding creatures. Think innately magical whales.”
I'm not exactly sure where the Jaull enter in, but now I'm starting to wonder... what if the Swimming City is part of Nagakabouros? Like, if you think of Naga as a cardiovascular system, maybe it would be a clot? Not sure where the murder captains bit figures in with that, though. Hmm...
(also "We did explore a bunch of darker things though like a Undead Yordle for the Shadow Isles" rito blease this is all i want)
