Jhin "Counting Bullets" Volume Equalization?

Now I don't know if it feels like this way for anyone else, but when I hear Jhin counting his shots one definitely sticks out above the rest volume wise...

It might just be the inflection the VA gave the line, but when I'm up against him in ARAM I always hear that over any other number he says.
