That's not Shaco (who wouldn't fit this line of witches AT ALL). It's Lissandra's ultimate, though with a slightly different art style. It's a teaser for Lissandra and Camille, since they're not yet available but have been revealed already.
Coven Shaco sounds really cool though. But the four arms thing on the image reminds me more of Yorick's ult tbh.
I don't see Shaco tho... more like Karthus. But it's just a "god". Shouldn't be a playable champ.
I believe that the Coven skinline is reserved for female champions all together...
If Shaco were getting a Coven skin, it would've been on the PBE with Camille, Lissandra, and Eclipse Leona.
That teaser depicts one of the Old Gods that the Coven serves.
If it s the case then this can explain why they deleted Demon Shaco and can be the skin they promised to us which is interresting
Would be pretty awesome as a hidden teaser just before the release, so a Shaco skin (in this case) they kept hidden from PBE (even though they never do that).
