Yes.....I'm am very glad to see this Riot. I know you guys are working to bring new lore to the table, but just know. Story progression here and there in between is very well appreciated by me and I'm sure many others. I am absolutely loving reading about a regular day(maybe not so regular) in the lives of Ionians that features two champions we know.

Things like these are enough to keep me contempt until next time. I just love "whats going on with them now" in series Just like how Eiichiro Oda does with his manga One Piece. Can't wait until tomorrow for the next chapter.

This chapter expressed Riven's character more than ever. i like this patient side of her, it took her all her will not to tear those guys apart.

OH MY GOD!!!!!! No, this is saddening; riven is the killer, i nearly wept reading as she tried to forget the past, even warning everyone in the court room to take cover before the blade erupted, and riven crying out confessing to the murdered souls that emerged into the court room. i hope she can be forgiven in the next chapter; reading this last segments of chapter 2 only tells me how much of that she wished had never happened.

I liked how part 1 shows riven in a much lighter perspective, hoping the small change in life style would let her forget the horrors of her past; till a wanderer and some militant patrol arrive and made that much harder to forget the past. In a way i would've cried reading how the old man's wife was remarking riven as "daughter" before the militant patrol took her away.

T_T SOBBING! part 3 was so beautiful, but now we know it was an accident; riven went to the elder asking for his assistance in breaking the blade and her past, but upon doing so, the blade erupted causing a backlash that killed the elder which also fracture a part of riven's memories. i'm so happy at the last segment of part 3 where yasuo, the villagers, and the spirits that haunted her forgave her and was given a second chance, a new life with parents giving such warm embraces.

I loved this, it shows you more about Riven's personality The old couple who lost their children calling Riven "daughter" was cute and then those dudes taking her away like that...was so sad It seems like we finally are going to know the hidden truth about Souma's death BTW...first time Riven meets Yasuo and she's already ignoring him, Yasuo friendzoned![sg-miss-fortune] But i think they are very compatible [slayer-jinx-catface]

Color me cynical, but unless Riot is planing a lore overhaul of Yasuo and Riven, nothing will change as a result of this otherwise great story. Yasuo will remain the unforgiven samurai, and Riven will remain the Noxian exile. That the Ionian authorities have come to charge Riven with Souma's death means only that blame will somehow return to Yasuo, who might well just chivalrously accept it to let Riven live with her newfound family. Yasuo would then fight his way free (again) and depart amid edgy lines and 'ship hints.

Or... maybe this time Riot wants to do another Burning Tides and actually change the lore. The Ionian court laughs off Shava and Asa's claim that Riven is their daughter, convicts Riven with the incontrovertible evidence of her means, motive, and opportunity; and declares Yasuo a free and honorable man. Now, Riven would run from the Ionian police while Yasuo could just... stop drinking and get a job already. Maybe send Taliyah a letter and give Yone a proper grave. Meet a nice girl in some pretty robes at the market and settle down?

He is a grown-up man. It is way past time.
