Star Guardian Jinx makes no sense

First of all... what do you mean? Second of all, depending on your answer, I might agree with you. Star Guardian Jinx doesn't fit Jinx' canon personality perfectly. However, Jinx' personality does closely match certain anime stereotypes which makes the theme more believable. Personally, as Jinx is my main ADC, and I think the art is beautiful (especially the colors) I'm tempted to buy it. But I'm holding out because if it doesn't look as good in-game then I already have Firecracker Jinx, which has a similar color scheme and beautiful effects.

As far as making sense goes though, I also have to admit that Riot has in the past made skins that are nonsensical or completely different in theme. However they also try to maintain the essence of the character's personality. So as far as precedence goes, I'd say this is right on track with Riot's mode of operation. However, if there is some reason you singled out Jinx' skin as being irrational, I'd love to know why.

I'd say roughly of the skins don'treally make sense regarding the Champion they're in.

And talking about Jinx, she does fit the usual trope of the girl who pretty much got forced into that whole Magical girl thing, as seen in the illustrations about the "Shatter" part thingy.

Short version is just enjoy Jinx in a Sailor moon costume.

Skins don't need to "make sense" they are an alternate fantasy of the champion.

Jinx is very popular adc, they made legendary for her so most of the jinx mains can spend money on the skin. I am surprised they didn't make legendaries for Rengar, Zed, Yasuo, etc.
