I just think the icon is a wonderful choice.
It's not about shotcalling at all. it practically screams "leader". When your teammates intentionally choose this icon, you know they appreciated your plays.

i get those every time i play shyvanna. hard to not get noticed when ur 3-5 lvls ahead of everybody.
I randomly click on the honor screen to get rid of it as quickly as possible and others do the same so it's random at times, I got honored once while going having a terrible score and being a detriment to the team, likely because others do the same thing I do
I usually get GG no matter what role since i almost spam "gj" and "gj team" when i think the Morale needs it and i feel like it, which i do often.
