@Lore Team: How do you get the party started?

Let's be honest, anyone can look up how to get started, how to outline, how to sit down and write, but talking and doing are two different things.

Honestly, I'm not too worried about the method, since everyone is different and not everything will work for them. This is more of a question out of curiosity, since writing is one of my favorite hobbies and I'm interested in the methods of people I, well, respect. Especially that Kindred piece a few weeks ago, that was beautiful in spite of its brevity (because life is beautiful, yet short. Very appropriate, don't you think?).

How do you guys get the day started when it's time to get some Lore done? How do you decide when to work on your own little projects on the side, or on your free time that isn't League related? Any rituals, habits, or even think tanks (or whatever it's called?) that you're not sworn to secrecy by any Noxus generals or Demacian cults we are unaware of?

Whether you're interested in sharing some useful tips, or just feel like having fun and describing a silly quirk, anything is fine. I, and hopefully others, is listening.
