I wish Shen's BloodMoon skin had red particle changes like a reddish tether between him and the sword, and a reddish glow to his abilities and maybe even some new sound effects whenever he ults, but that's just me hoping.

I wouldn't count on bloodmoon returning in febuary. The only 3 events that always return are lunar revel,harrowing and snowdown. Even pool party gets sometimes left out.
