Well his short bio still calls him a scarecrow,so I think it is more likely that Fiddle is a ghost that is bound to a scarecrow.
They've not touched Fiddlesticks in the lore, so none of your concerns are even remotely on the table. He's not even confirmed for a VGU, we only have Irelia and Akali who are confirmed, and Nunu who is all but outright confirmed.
Reav3 confirmed fiddlesticks among the tier 1 vgu champions after irelia and akali, and in his updated lore he used to be human , got killed then reanimated by crows, so in the new lore he isnt really a scarecrow but more of a zombie.
Regardless of what they do, Fiddle should still be a scarecrow or some sort.
I'm more interested to see what direction they push him. Will they push him to be a more dark & serious horror like character. Or retain his current feel of being a dark character with touch of goofy feeling. Or they go the other way & make him more goofy with dark elements since we already have a plethora of dark & serious champs?
I prefer the middle option. But who knows? A Fiddle VGU likely won't happen until next year at least.
