Irelia's login screen makes me uncomfortable because she resembles my cousin
..Which means she does in fact have realistic body shapes and proportions. That's a great improvement from the past!

I think your conclusion is a little bit off. Humanly possible =/= reasonable or realistic.
Riot certainly has made significant progress in this regard. I like what they did with Irelia. However we're still stuck with same-face syndrome and for some reason mother bearing hips are applicable to every female design outside of a handful.
