I'd Imagine someone could replicate it. You could dye your hair black and go cosplaying as Akali after you got the tat lol.

If you are committed to this your best bet is to take screen shots of her model.

Load up Akali's original model and you get a good look. I personally would love to see the full tattoo from the artist that designed it. It looks as though it wraps right around and down her leg.

If Riot could provide us with a sneak peak of the whole art piece maybe? [sg-jinx]
