Because one of the accents in demacia is french, based on fiora alone (although its debatable) and they're from there based on the map. Plus, kayle seems like Joan D' Arc type character while Morgana is a french name derived from Morgan Le Fay. LOL, this is just a thought though. You can disagree and agree if you like.

I would strongly prefer they keep the same voice actress, but give her new/more lines. I don't think she needs an accent. I really don't want a brand new champion with the name "Morgana". I would rather it just be a modern version of the exact same character.
Morgana is Welsh. Based on Morgan which is Welsh. Which should be a bit obvious because Morgan le Fay was Welsh (or Breton or something it all gets a bit mixed together until Malory).
Anyway, I have no opinion on this topic. The accents in Runeterra have never really made sense, so it seems fine for me if they're French.
I wouldn't mind. A lady with a French accent is the sexiest thing I could hear.

I haven't read their Lore enough to know but Fiora is high society (iirc) - are either of the Ascended sisters fancy?
