Hextech Annie skin passive too faint

I played against someone with the hextech Annie skin yesterday and I had a LOT of trouble seeing the passive. I didn't even notice it until 15 minutes in when someone on my team pointed it out. Additionally, when she has her E active its impossible to see it. The light blue of the passive w/the blue of her E blocks it out and I was unable to tell what she was going to do.
