I would just like to say that Groovy Zilean was my favorite skin when I started playing league. They updated his splash and I was horrified to see that he looks like an evil Nintendo 64 game character?? Please change it back he scares me in character selection.

They changed it during the splash art unification so that all Art was the same on each server / region. They chose to use the Chinese splash for this one and that is the way it will remain till the day he gets a VGU and they make brand new art.
