Don't like the new higher-volume VOs

Recently some new VOs were added to Talyah. It's clear they're meant to highlight ingame effects, like "You should never ignore what's beneath you."

I find these distracting because they're louder than the other voices and SFX in the game. I didn't like it when HotS did this with Illidan's ult, and I don't like it here, either.

From a game design perspective, you're trying to find a way to let people know they're standing on something that affects them while enhancing the character. I don't think such a long quote serves that purpose well, and putting it over other sounds is also distracting. Makes it sound more important than Twtich's "OH, HELLO!!!!", which it isn't.

Twitch's callout for popping out of stealth works fine at its current volume, and I really don't think it's a good idea to start picking and choosing which VOs are loud and which aren't. As the audio guy said with the latest Ryze work, "When everything is loud, nothing is."

This is, AFAIK, not intended.
