It's been a while since a 975 RP skin was released. I believe the last one was Birdio which was released more than a year ago. It seems like all the new skins are epic or above. Maybe try making some lower quality skins that are cheaper.

You are right that this price tier becomes really rare over time, tho. Epic tier skins seem to be the new standard now. Personally, I don't mind it, but I would be fine with more 975 RP skins, too.
Which skin lines would you like to see more cheap skins for? Personally, I really like the Chemtech skin line thematic. I think it has alot of potential for more skins in this game and the only example we have (Chemtech Tryndamere 
) has been a 975 RP skin, too.
