What is the feature you always hope for with a new skin?

For me, it depends on the champ, but by and large I want that recall to be pretty cool. Even when it's a little weird (Dark Star J4) or not too elaborate (Meowkai) I still enjoy it. But the good ones...Spirit Fire Brand, Pulsefire Twisted Fate, Dragon Sorceress Zyra - it makes the cost absolutely worth it.

In rare instances, I would prefer a skin with a new VO. Obviously this is when I hate the base champs VO (e.g. TF, I'm dying for a skin with a VO for him). Jarvan 4 made his orthogonal, boiler plate dialoge a lot more spicy, while the Void version of Illaoi was a push - didn't mind her base VO, the void version was fine. I can't think of a VO that actually sucked with a skin, but if you know of any, please feel free to list it below.

Animations, Textures, and Interesting themes, for me, are all nice-to-haves but I don't get hung up on them. To date, I have to say that the detail that went into Meowkai was unreal:

  • Updated saplings
  • That big purple glove
  • The Rainbow toss of the sapling
  • The frolicking cats of his ult

that its a skin for one of the 110 champions i play and not the few champs that always gets it

Agreed Meowkai is a fabulous skin, it's the only reason I play him occasionally.

Recalls are kinda big for me when it comes to buying a skin.

I don't play Zoe a lot but I really like how many different lines her release skin has. They all feel very Zoe but they're all about tech instead of magic.
