Dragons in the world of League - Similar to Void creatures?

Outside of Shyvana's lore, we don't see much about dragons. At all. However, recently we have Ivern's interaction with dragon and Baron. This makes me wonder...

Are dragons from another plain of existence much like how Voidlings are from another plain? Creatures like Yordles who did not originate from this world?

I think it's fascinating that there are creatures in this world that aren't from it yet find it to be a great home for them, they they were meant to be. It's hard to explain.

Also, might we ever receive more world-building lore from Riot not focused on a specific champion or region, but as Valoran/the world of League itself? I feel like we've waited long enough. I understand the point is to do the opposite, to not reveal much to the players and readers because you want the flexibility to move around if you decide against a specific thing later on or whatever was currently established might conflict with a previous bit of information. However, I think establishing the bones of your world, a map, a ever-growing bestiary, etc, is crucial to good story-telling. To build upon it and give the players something really concrete for them to enjoy and explore.

Iguess that you are asking this because of Ivern.. so...

Lorewise, Dragons are like humans in terms of Inteligence, but they have 10 times more pride... Considering this, it makes sense that they dont want the "help" of Ivern, and they preffer to fight instead.

I think they just lumped together dragons and "void beasts" to combine Baron and Dragon into one trigger with shared lines to reference the both of them rather than having separate lines for each. Though it is interesting that he refers to dragons as being from another world. Could they perhaps all be descended from celestial dragons like Aurelion Sol and simply stuck on Runeterra because they can't traverse the stars like Sol can? That would be interesting, to say the least.
