Rammus needs visual update

Have you seen him? his base skin texture is a little out of date, but his feet are rubber, its a problem. his freljord skin is very outdated. the splash for his classic, freljord, and molten are all garbage. they need to be redone. the only skin that isnt garbage right now is full metal rammus. (i know guardian of the sands is functional, but i still hate that one)

also, he needs a croma pack. im thinking a few florescent neon skins would look awesome (especially in powerball)
