I am subscried/followed to league of legends on facebook, twitter and youtube. I also submitted a ticket for the skin. What else do I have to do to get this skin? Can anyone help.

Those two skins can no longer be obtained, they were retired because Riot felt they gave away enough free stuff already; they had a promotion for them before they went away and then that's that.
