Question on Shen's Personality/Story for RIOT | Thank You

After the death of his father, his clan, he's a man of honor who follows tradition and tries to control his emotions to bring balance. I'm really curious, with the power / honor he has to travel through spirit worlds, along with the eye of twilight by his side, will Shen ever break tradition and side for yang to fight for justice? He has power beyond imaginable ... If he does break tradition, will he lose his powers? Will his sword stop following him? Does he have to be one with tradition to be able to harness a concentration strong enough to travel between the two worlds?

I think that Shen has yet to fully understand balance. He's very strong and is actually worthy of his power as the Eye of Twilight but... keeping and neglecting his emotions might be in fact not be in favor of what balance truly is. Doing what's right was never against balance and that's why Shen's father captured Jhin or let himself killed by Zed. He didn't do that because of balance, even if balance is part of the whole Ionian culture in fact. He did it because it was right and that it was better this way. Judgement through balance is a tough task and we can actually see Shen being concerned about his emotions towards Zed or what his pupils are going through with their own distinct judgement. Kennen thinks that Zed can have redemption while Akali thinks that Zed would be better dead. Shen being indecisive is actually not doing his task as the guardian of balance or... is he ? Is this really about balance in the end ? Cooperating with Zed against Jhin might help him find his answer to truly understand what should be made in the sake of "balance". He knows what it means to take care about balance and can actually preserve what balance is for, but he has yet to know to what extent it should be applied. If he wasn't worthy of his task he wouldn't be able to use this power from the beginning. What really matters between balance and his heart. He can't allow himself to act against the rules but at the same time he can't deny his feelings. Balance is a natural thing and his duty is to take care about it. There's a hand in between. Becomming the Eye of Twilight prepares you to act for perfect balance, not letting your emotions do the job... but is that it ? Shen needs to learn something and it is yet to be developed.

I hope that the Akali VGU will add some background to the matter because Shen plays an important role in the LoL universe that you could compare to Aspects of the Mt.Targon. It's always nice to add some content to the ninja fam.
