Is Redeemed Riven Lore?

So Recently I've been reading lots of the lore and went back through Confessions of a broken blade. (If you haven't read it I thoroughly recommend)

Thinking of the ending where Riven is dealt her punishment and accepts it, I started thinking about her story deeper and then started to look at her skins.

Seeing Redeemed Riven I started to think, I know it came out Way back in 2011, but I just thought it would make sense if so.

Searching for a while I found nothing and so now I turn to the boards for answers.

It is currently not canon.

I think it was originally designed as a "what-if"-scenario for what Riven would look like if she joined demacia.

Honestly it would be cool if they re did the skin a little to make her clothing more Ionian. That’d be cool.

Redeemed Riven is a what-if skin that is based around what she would be like if she fully found redemption, it's design is also a homage to Riven's original Demacian design before she was changed to a Noxian.

The skin stems from her development. The original version of Riven was a Demacian exile.
