This is certainly new stuff. Well, Reav3 did mention they'd count Kayle and Morgana as one slot if they were reworking them, so this makes things interesting. VGU is coming up soon and we gonna learn of this minor VGU.

Wonder who it could be? is one I seriously doubt because he needs massive work on gameplay... Is it even from tier 1 candidates? is definitely on smaller scale in terms of gameplay. But I seriously have no clue. What are your guesses?

Maybe it's going to be tier 2 champion? I seriously do not see any of the tier 1 candidates getting ''minior'' update.

For "minor" reworks, are we talking like the quasi-VGU for Aatrox? Or will minor reworks just be back to the ol' GUs like Xin Zhao's?

They haven't announced it yet, so of course, they are gonna say it's not xxx champ. That doesn't mean it ACTUALLY isn't said champion. Plus it was a comment towards his Second VGU, as he was working on two of them.
