Hey Riot, Have Yall Thought About Just Fixing Models?

I'm thinking of stuff like Vlad.

He doesn't actually need a rework or spell changes, etc. He just needs a better looking model... Like, yall haven't even touched it and it's a big disappointment after someone sees his amazing classic art and starts the game wondering why did his hair become ice cream.
