chromas seem to work best on skins with one very dominant color, like god king garens white cloak and darius dark purple.
a bit disappointed that they were released without. can we ever hope for them to still get added?
Legendaries never get chromas; it's enough work to give the skins new models, animations, voicelines, and usually effects that are even more different than epic skins. The closest you'll get is the ultimate skin forms, namely in DJ Sona, Elementalist Lux, and Gun Goddess Miss Fortune (and Pulsefire Ezreal has forms as he levels up too; Spirit Guard Udyr will likely get similar treatment when he gets his rework soon), but those all cost more than legendary skins like God-King Garen and Darius, because it takes more work to do an alternate version of a skin like that.
Brolaf and Dragon trainer Tristana also have chromas for their skins. It can be done but the god king skins were for an event and it was kind of differentiated by red/blue for sides I don’t think they necessarily need chromas
