Void power? He was probably warped by the void and somehow kept his sanity and sense of self and it somehow extended his life. Sounds like an asspull but if Kai'Sa can survive in the void with little to no prior training as a kid, Jax can be some immortal void hybrid.

JAXIMUS is a god
Most likely, Jax is a variant of troll. It’s mentioned a few times in Ezreal’s stories that he met some sand trolls and we already know that Yasuo Trundle exists and is a troll. It would explain his skin, lack of human fingers and age.
