Alistar probably on the outskirts of Noxus. TahmKench mainly around Bilgewater I suppose. AurelionSol I'd place him in extraterrestrial opposed to Mount Targon. Ivern could be placed in Kumungu since you have it there.

Zyra and Nidalee being Kumungu is questionable since new lore hasnt stated anything as such.

Nami Soraka are targon? When did that happen... Pretty sure Nami is a Vastaya near Bilgewater and Soraka is with Bard's group.

I think Rengar is from a Vastaya tribe in Shurima.

Why do we need this?

Not to mention you can categorize all the champions by a similar list on the Universe site already. If one was that inclined, they could just look at that.
