Ezreal's Rework was Successful but its still an incomplete Rework

First of all, this is solely based on my opinion because everyone is entitled with his/her opinion. So, the things that makes his VgU incomplete for me is that, he doesn't have an animated splash like normal VGU's even though he just got tweaks in his base splash (his ulti skin is not an exception because ulti skins needs an animated splash), his old emote and his PS ezreal icon was also not updated ( his new emotes are not even an exception), his icon is still his old icon (look closely) heck even nunu's icon doesn;t have his blue eyes (compare it to his splash which has a lighter shade of blue) and lastly he didn't receive a reveal page & a spotlight video. Heck even Aatrox and Shen got one.

These are just my queries about Ezreal's VgU because I thought that this was the new norm already since 2016 plus reveal pages makes it organize. I hope these problems would be fixed immediately to avoid confusion. I also wish future VgU champs/rework champs with collective packages like GU/VO/VU/etc. in one update (even if some are just minor) except one only-s (eg, GU/VO/VU/etc. only) would receive a full package update experience.

Lastly, kudos to the team that reworked him because I love the rework already (except frost ezreal. Thanos demands his ice particles even if its just a recolor) Hoping to see Blitzcrank as the next VgU(Visual and Minor Gameplay Update) champ though :)

No, it's not incomplete. He got his entire visuals and SFX, VO, and PFX updated. The only two splashes that didn't get replaced were his classic and Frozen, and this was because they were already replaced within the past 2 years, so they were up to modern standards with just minor tweaking.

Also, his kit only got 1 ability - W - replaced. That's it. Everything else is exactly as it was before his VgU. He doesn't need a reveal page or a champion spotlight, because for all intents and purposes, he still plays exactly like he always has. Shen and Aatrox got SIGNIFICANT kit overhauls, which is why they got Spotlights to showcase their new play styles.

I think its complete because he didn't need to have his whole kit changed. They only changed what they viewed as a problem.

It wasn't a big project. Ezreal wasn't outdated, his model was.

The fact that he didn't received a login screen is really sad, I mean he even had a theme in his champ gameplay teaser. All my friend didn't noticed his rework withour the login screen.
