Volibear rework my hopes

After reading silence for the damned https://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_US/story/silence-for-the-damned/ and having playing voli a lot I am very fucking hyped for a volibear rework if there was ever confirmed one for 2k19 but here are my hopes

  1. If volibear in the current and updated lore is now seen as a demigod being and a brother to ornn and a war deity I really hope his new look will satisfy that because all we got in that story is a horrific four eyed creature and if is that in a rework then holy shit idk what to think is he still even a bear?

And that’s pretty much it idc about voli’s kit I can roll with it :P

I think lore wise the monstrocity we see him as now is the result of his battle with Ornn. it sounds like he lost, and his physical form was shattered, but the Volibear is slowly regaining his strength. Once he is back to full power, I'm sure he'll be a bear, but that could take a while.

Mechanically, guessing it would work similarly to Kayle, but instead of going from melee --> ranged, he simply becomes a litteral God of War that has permenant immunity to cc or something rediculous.
