If Kai'Sa has been in the void for "years" why does she look so human?
I know that she changes forms and what not. But i'm not sure if I missed something but it doesn't say how she is able to change her forms like that.

i can see why people say she should look more deformed but does she really have too? she learned to survive in the void, does that mean she has to looked all weird and shit? i feel like she would look deformed if she couldn't really survive out there but she did survive on her own. you see what im saying?
She is in a symbiosis with the body of a dead void creature if i got it right.
Also Lets not Forget, the Most Famous Example of a Symbiosis in Fiction, Aka Venom, Venom Is Greatly Changed from Eddie Brock, so lets take the thought train a bit, and think that her suit is more or less like the Venom Symbiont, it would make sense that her body didnt change THAT much, since the symbiont would need something that the host(aka Kai'sa) wouldnt be freaked out, makes sense that her bodly structure is mostly human in appearence, most probably the Jetpack "Wings" belonged to the voidborn, and got adapted into her structure when they bonded, and all symbionts take something from their host, and in return give something to the host, in some cases adaptation to survive, I have seen algae-like things growing on a Rock, the Rock was covered in Lichen, the Lichen Fed on the Algae, and the Algae received Moisture it needed, so its not 100% Impossible that the Voidborn Feeds on whatever generates the Corruption of the void(Since its not something that goes away when u leave that place), and In doing so, prevents her from Changing THAT much, and to Finish, if she is going to Predate Humans, a Human Face Helps in that, since she can more or less Blend with the champions.
Because Riot is in this for money and they know sexy eye candy females bring in money. Male gamers female gamers they all love looking at someone they want to be with or be in a video game. It's kinda sexist but that's why they made Rek'Sai, so people wouldn't complain like they did with Smite's goddesses, even though I'm pretty sure there's been petitions or mass talkings of persuading Riot to change her into a male. To be fair, Kayn somewhat has this half-transformation Kai'Sa has but even when Rhaast wins he transforms all of Kayn, including the face. My personal issue is why she only has 5 letters when all other void champs with names like that have 6 except for Cho'Gath. Could've at least made it Kai'Sah so we could revive memes with Kai'Sah dude, ya know? I'm just glad SJWs haven't tainted this game too much, with the exception of Illaoi. We don't need any fat chicks with op abilities and 3 different hair dyes and smarky dialogue vs male champs running around giving girls the idea they're better than males. Although it seems like Riot does favor females since they won't transform her. I went off on a tangent but that's my thoughts on Riot Games and female champions as a whole. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

I'm not entirely sure either. I mean look at our other two humans who just GLIMPSED the Void:
Kassadin has some serious "Darth Vader" suit crap going on, and Malzahar has glowing purple eyes and HOLES IN HIS HEAD! What does Kai'Sa have? Eh, a full body suit. Face is completely untouched. Some weird shoulder blasters. I'm just a little offput with how human this person who survived in the Void for years looks when we have seen what even looking into the raw Void does to someone.
If you look at her model, abilities, and stance while doing the abilities, she has more in common with Kha'Zix than Kassadin. Her missiles, her dash, her stealth, her jetpack-like "wings"... they definitely remind me of a humanoid Kha'Zix.
People are focusing on her face. While it's true that the face is more or less completely untouched, the rest of her body has a second skin on it. I don't think that can be taken off. It looks like a suit, which is kind of disappointing, but looking at it it's probably more drastic mutation than Kassadin's blue skin.
I feel like she's going to be more mentally broken than the splash lets on, too. Keep in mind: Kassadin is relatively sane but slowly falling to the corruption. Malzahar was driven completely insane. I feel like she'll have the ideals and morals of a predator. I'm just waiting for her VO to come out.
