Hi, So I actually went into this more on Twitter but people didn't see the rest of the Tweets.
We do our planning quarterly, more or less. As of right now July 27, 2018 we don't have one planned.
We also don't have all the skins for 2018 planned yet, but we have the big beats.
We start planning in 2019 soon, because we know certain things: We know what Chinese Zodiac year it is. We know which Legendaries we're considering, which champ needs a skin, which new thematic we want to try.
We do not plan things for 2019 in July 2018. :)

And the skin team keeps on dissapointing me the whole year. Great, be honest and say it, Skinteam: Taliyah is not popular enough to create skins for her. She will wait +3 years before she gets her first non-eSport one.

Im not a Talyiah player but a pool party or star guardian skin feels like it should had been a pretty good concept on a champion such as Talyiah and not seeing it happen this year seriously makes me wonder if we will even get a pool party skin release this year or a star guardian release.
Skins don't listen to fans confirmed...as with other usual riot Trivialities. Like how they were so shocked Butcher's Bridge was so popular. We've been asking for a Taliyah skin for a long while now, MORE SO for Star Guardian.
I wonder who they picked for the upcoming SG skins, I'm almost assured they don't fit.

The skins team can create good products. However, they have fucking terrible judgment and decision making when it comes to which champs actually get the skins.
Taliyah will be 3 years without a skin before they give her anything beyond the release skin.
I mean is it so hard to have Surfer Taliyah ( they could also update Surfer Singed while they are at it) where she rides around on a surfboard everywhere and her ult is riding a huge wave, Her threaded volley could be a bunch of little Wake boards or swimming boards, her ability that throws stones all over the ground could be little sand castle's and the giant rock that knocks people into the mini sand castle's could be a giant crab standing up like it was under the champion and tossed them
