So PJ Guardian just came out and there's a Snowdown skin on the horizon. I don't even think Ahri actually got 2 skins released in under a calendar month. So how did this happen? Did riot discover a pod of Soraka Whales or was this just one of those weird coincidental things. Don't get me wrong, I approve of both skins, but I'm just kind of surprised this happened. I hope there's an interesting story behind this.

PJ skin is literally SG skin with a different model, I doubt it took them much resources to make it.
They most likely didn't do it for Ahri and Jinx because those two are legendary and the other champions missing aren't as popular as Soraka/EZ/MF/Lulu.
Don't worry about it, more skins for Soraka <3.
