I bet money on Karma. She's been consistent throughout the season, been picked a lot in the tournament and high elo ranks. Yeah, she has been nerfed a few times to her E and soon-to-be W but it doesn't stop her from being relevant.

There's a few champs that have had relevance throughout the entire year not including ADCs since they got one last year, but I think GP, Gragas, and Ekko probably have the best chance.
