Am I the only one having mixed feelings on this Skin Teaser?

I mean on the one hand, and arguably the biggest news out of this, Shen finally has gotten a new skin. Pulsefire Shen! A NEW 1350-LOOKING SKIN!!! And Shen really did need a new skin, he was second on the list. It's undoubtedly making Shen mains happy, I'm happy for them, for Shen, it's just a good feeling all around. It's not PROJECT but it's the next best thing.

Then we move on to the second topic: Pulsefire Riven. Just...really? I mean, granted I know there was some demand of a PROJECT skin for her, at least from fan art, so I guess this is the next best thing, but why now? She more recently got her Legendary roughly 11 months ago, which I mean you can make the argument that a year has passed but does that really constitute making another high-ish quality skin for her now? There are undoubtedly other champs that could of fit in with Pulsefire that the community or I could suggest, like say {{champion:38} or . I'm kind of surprised and a bit salty that Riot decided "Hey, it's almost been a full year. Let's give Riven another skin."

I'm happy that Shen finally got his skin but I'm also a bit salty that Riven is getting another skin already even though she got her Legendary 11 months ago.
