Aatrox is a complete failure design-wise

I don't even know where to start. His kit, gameplay wise is ok and interesting, but certainly lacks a lot of things and deserve some attention beside some raw number pumping, but that's not where the harm was done. Just like with Galio, you took away everything that made fans love this champ without any single reason.

1- His model is just a downgrade. He just looks like an 80s comic book vilain who's most evil thing he did was spraying banana peels in front of the alleyway to McDonald's. Everyone loved his "wings" for the warbanner kinda style, and for no reason you took them away. yes, his wings from his ult looks awesome, but they are present barely 8 seconds every 2 or three minutes. Give him back some allure and general attitude along with some wings in his default model, he deserves it

2- The way he sheathes his sword is aatrocious, I cringe everytime he does. Riot said that they were basing the rework on the Darksouls' ultra greatsword gameplay, so please, let Aatrox sheathes his sword sideways, goddamn. Another cool aspect he had before was always carrying his blade in one hand, so why not doing so again? Let him hold his sword the other way around when out of combat, and let him grab it in both hands when attacking, its that simple.

3- A lot of his animations are hard to look at just because of their uglyness. Namely, his walking/running animation for, just like I said for his model, looking weak and limp. It isn't imposing at all and dosen't looks like his character at all. Next is his recall animation, who dosen't even makes sense. We don't even know what he is doing WHILE recalling because the move is so weird, and when he returns to base he flips in in a -kinda way. He has goddam WINGS. How about making him hover while recalling just like in his old Q's spellcast, and crush at lightspeeds in the spawn when the recall ends? This could be so much cooler and fitting! Next up is by FAR the WOOOOOORST animation he has right now, and its the "attacking tower" one. He just holds up his blade by the hilt with both hands while bending his back while hitting GENTLY the tower with the SIDE of the tip of his blade and recoiling so far each hit. Was it too hard to make him cleave through the stone each hit while swaying the blade??

4- His voice is a failure, both for the lines and the sonority. He is just angry, that's just what he is now, ANGRY, NOTHING MORE. Another aspect that people loved about him was the fact that he is one of the few last champs who had a calm and yet intimidating presence through his lines who could bring chills through the spine. And now he has nothing of this. Hell, because the voice is so badly distorted through editing, we can't even understand what he is saying 80% of the time. But we can understand one thing even if we don't recognise amy words who comes from him: we all understand that he is ANGRY, AND NOTHING MORE.

Riot, you took so much time to bring us that rework, please don't f@ck that up because you don't feel like correcting some huge problems that you've let through the rework. Since the day that you nerfed Aatrox to inexistance or from the date of his mini-rework that you created to help him wait, people have been watching up to ou to succeed with this rework. If you let them down, it's yet another nail in the coffin.
