Why is football Ekko in this splash? what do you guys think?

i mean its going to be a minimum of 4 years until we get more football skins, is ekko a possible skin in the works i really hope so, as i enjoy a few of the skins in that line and ekko is one of my mains... sad we could have to wait 4 years unless they do a euro 2020 cup skin line.

they could have chosen anyone from the football line up, Lucian is ur prime pick considering alister and Lucian are on the same team... but ekkko? just a creative addition or do you really think hes a possible skin for the football line up?

I don't want to destroy your dreams, but Riot always "hints" at possible new skins in their skin universes that simply are in the background. Pool Party is the best example of such universe, where across the years multiple champions got the chance to be seen in their shorts (and bikinis) and still not see the daylight on the Fields of Justice.

Lux, Ashe, Vayne, Ahri, Morgana, Jinx (she was leaked in one group photo), Garen, Darius, Katarina, Riven, Diana, Nidalee, Blitzcrank, Orianna, Tryndamere, Gragas, Kha'Zix, Ezreal and some other figures I'm not entirely sure which champ they represent have been hinted in at least one Pool Party Splash Art. Some of them were as fleshed out as the focused champions, yet they didn't get one for years.

It is possible Ekko will get one in the future, but it is not certain.

EDIT: I removed Leona from the list since she is actually a "successful" leak. It shows that it is possible to have future skins leaked! However, keep in mind it doesn't always happen.

Akali's shinguards are small in size in splash but large ingame.

I think it would be cool, particularly his stun with his W, he kicks the ball in that area and stuns everyone, and his Q being a ball too that he kicks out.
