Mh, with the upcoming Aatrox release it would only mean we are missing Mt. Targon, Shurima, Freljord, Bandle City and Shadow Isles (and Vastayan).

A really small faction, a fraction of a faction i would say.

I doubt they'd be counted as a faction,but they might get their own "race"-page similar to that of the vastaya

I really hope that they'll add a whole "race"-section to the universe page eventually.
We got Shurima lore and icons in 2014 with Azir's release. We got the Shadow Isles icon either that year or the following year with the Harrowing. The Freljord was apparently back in 2013, when they first began reinventing the lore, though it could use an update since the lore has changed a lot more dramatically since then. So the only ones we're missing are Bandle City. The Vastaya are far too diverse to be under the same sigil or banner, because they're composed of a myriad of tribes sprinkled all over the world.
Aye, they're a small faction or perhaps a subset/side category.
For example: Xayah/Rakan are both Vastaya but they're also based primarily in Ionia. Riot should really go about Primary/Secondary city-state-nation links.
For now what we know about them as a race is:
- They came from another world and Runeterra magic use had some sort of effect on it.
- They were Shurima defenders against the Void.
- They were lately fought and imprisoned in their weapons maybe after being corrupted somehow.
