Super Cereal Darkin Theory
Okay, so we know one of the remaining Darkin is Varus's sister Valeeva, and we know the Darkin are a fairly loose allegories of the Christian Horsemen of the Apocalypse. So, if Valeeva is the next Darkin, it would only make sense that she was an allegory for Famine/Justice, who wields the titular Scales of Justice. And just like her brother Varus, it would be narrative symmetry that she to is a fusion between two women, but instead of loving each other, they hate each other.

Some of you already know where I am going with this. If we plot the locations of every know Darkin on the map we get Ionia, the Freljords, and Noxus, three of the four providences of the norther half of the map, which just leaves Demacia.

Now comes the subject of her weapon, the Scales of Justice. Well, not a literal scale, an allegorical scale. So chains would be the next best thing, and with the relaunch of Morgana, placing her in Demacia, symbolizing the Scales of Justice along side Kayle, and binding her celestial wings with a currently unknown magical iron chain which can be seen floating around her body and glowing with a magic purple energy.
I believe that that chain is Valeeva.
