Yuumi and Shonen(Anime) Event or Yuumi and some PVE event

I would like to ask about the incoming Yuumi champion. When season starts IAMCarlos was talking about the incoming skins and events and he says "In early of this year there's will be a event ispired by shonen anime and some champions would have special abilities and and it will be released with new champion" Its will be now ? Or its coming with the new assasin champion later this year ? Im looking forward to hearing from you <3 love ya <3
